Running Club

Running Club is a program that allows our students to engage in some extra physical activity before school hours. With a number of passionate sports people on staff, Park Ridge is pleased to once again offer Running Club to our students this year. You can catch us every Monday and Wednesday morning on the Hard Courts (inside the gym if it is wet weather) at 8:10am where one of the teachers will take a 20-minute session aimed at getting kids active. Each session is suitable for students from Foundation to Year 6 and normally includes a warm up, some races or skill activities before finishing off with a fun game.
